- Control arm bushings, ball joints, and air suspension (if equipped)
- Tire wear patterns that reveal alignment or component issues
- Brake thickness and caliper condition
- Any knocking or clunking over bumps
5. Body, Paint & Prior Collision Work
Paint thickness gauge readings across panels, panel gap consistency, evidence of respray or blending, and underbody inspection for accident repairs that weren’t disclosed.
6. Interior, Electronics & Software
- MCU / screen performance and known failure signs
- Autopilot / FSD computer version and camera health
- 12V system and low-voltage battery condition
- Door handles, charge port, mirrors, seats, and common wear items
